These terms cover your use of fjfoundry.com. They do not cover paid engagements, which are governed by a separate written agreement.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything here. Please do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other people, attempt to break into it, or republish substantial parts of it as though it were yours.

What the content is, and is not

Everything on this site is a description of past work and a point of view about marketing. It is not advice for your specific situation. Results described in the case studies happened in a particular market, for a particular brand, at a particular time, with a particular budget. Nothing here is a promise that the same thing will happen for you.

Numbers and claims

Figures on this site come from real client accounts and analytics platforms. Where a number could be misread without context, the context is given alongside it. If you believe something here is inaccurate, tell me and I will correct it or remove it.

Ownership

The writing, design, code and brand marks on this site belong to FJ Foundry unless stated otherwise. Client names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and appear here to describe work performed for them.

Links to other sites

This site links to third-party sites. Those sites are not under my control, and I am not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. I do not guarantee it will always be reachable, error free, or that the information on it is current at the moment you read it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, FJ Foundry is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when that last happened.
