Rebuilt a jewellery storefront and took it from no organic presence to a working search and shopping channel in under three months.

The situation

A new storefront with no search presence, indexation problems on the pages that did exist, and a product feed that could not get approved.

What I did
  • Rebuilt the storefront, then fixed the plumbing that was blocking it: product and merchant-listing structured data, canonical and noindex errors, and feed hygiene across the full catalogue.
  • Set up measurement from the start so the launch curve was observable rather than reconstructed afterwards.
What happened

Organic search clicks grew 3.5x across the first eleven weeks. 91 products cleared review in Google Merchant Center at a Great quality score for Canada.

The call that mattered

Structured data and feed hygiene are unglamorous and they were the entire unlock here. Nothing about the content changed. The pages had always deserved the traffic; they just could not be read.

Straight answer

Where it stands now

Traffic plateaued after month three and has drifted down since, and the count of pages earning first impressions has fallen. The likeliest cause is URL loss from the rebuild rather than a content problem. I would rather show a flat line I can explain than crop the chart at the peak.
